We will ensure your Order is Picked Up from our store in a timely manner. However, once your package is picked up by one of the three carriers shown above, it becomes the carrier's responsibility to deliver your package in a timely manner and within the time frame you selected. CardsShoppe has absolutely no control over any of these carriers.
Although we have a commitment from our shippers to deliver your Order during the time period you selected, factors such as distance and remoteness, extreme weather and shipping during holiday season can effect delivery time. In completing your order, you hereby authorize CardsShoppe to ship your order with FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

What is Your Shipping Policy?

Our responsibility is to ensure your package leaves our store in a timely manner. Once your package is picked up by one of the three carriers shown above, it is the CARRIER'S responsibility to deliver your package to you in a timely manner.
How Does SAME DAY PRINTING & SHIPPING WORK?
If you approve your exclusive order proof by 2:00 p.m. central time, we GUARANTEE SAME DAY Printing and Shipping at NO Additional Costs.
How Long Does it Take to Receive My Order After it Has Been Shipped?
We offer two different shipping options. Please see our Shipping Cost Schedule above for specific destination costs and estimated delivery time. Our recommended shipping delivery is 2 to 3 Day Express, which usually delivers within a couple of working days anywhere in the continental U.S.
How and When Will I Get the Tracking / Confirmation Number of My Order After it has Been Shipped?
Once your order has been shipped our shipping department will e-mail you your confirmation along with a confirmation number. Simple go to the carriers' websites and enter your shipping confirmation to follow your package while in transit.
Do You Ship Overseas Internationally?
No, at the current time, we have discontinued all shipments to any location overseas EXCEPT for military installations.
Is There an Additional Charge for Incorrect Shipping Address I Entered with My Order?
Yes! Please ensure your complete shipping address is correct, including any business name your order will be shipped to, suite numbers, apartment number, and zip code. If your package cannot be delivered to the address as it appears in your submitted order, the Carrier will be unable to deliver your package on time, and a $15.00 charge will apply to correct the address and forward your package to the corrected address. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address you entered, you will be charged the entire return and reshipped charges, PLUS the $15.00 Address Correction Charge.
What is Your Delayed, Damaged, or Lost Shipping Policy?
Since we have no control over your package after it leaves our store, we do NOT guarantee the timeliness or the performance of any shipping service. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive within the amount of time requested and paid for, you can check the status of your package using the link and confirmation / tracking number emailed to you when your order is shipped.
Final Words on Shipping . . .
No order will be reprinted until it has been declared lost by the shipper, UNLESS you place and pay for a new order in full. In placing your order, you agree that, neither CardsShoppe nor its owners, employees or suppliers, will be liable for any delivery delays, damages during shipping or lost packages after your package is handed over to the delivery provider. Once your package leaves our store, we will not provide any refund for situations that are out of CardsShoppe's control.
